October 14, 2007 I know I haven't updated in about a month. Right now I'm still trying to find the inpiration to draw. I don't know what to say other than every time I go to draw everything goes blank. Even if I force my self it still takes me forever to do anything. As for GM I'm debating between scrapping what is currently up and restarting with better art and writing or just moving onto something else. I know this comic has alot of fans and you guys do send me donations every now and then and I do appreciate that alot, it has helped me so much since I can't seem to hold a "regular" job. Rene was a part of me and now that I am past that part its hard for me to go back an write for it. The original book of GM (which is in a very old sketchbook) wasn't that long originally so I'm having to add alot of stuff to fill it out more, this isn't an easy task with these characters. I get very emotional when I get to drawing and this comic is all over the board with emotions that I really don't need to be feeling at this point in my life. The guilt, anger, sadness, and shame far outweighs any of the happy emotions. If I do redraw this comic from the start I will most likely do a complete rewrite so it's not constant drudgery. I'll probably save Blake for a different comic altogether too as his is an action story. I tried to bring him in to offset some of the slow parts but I feel that something is missing with him. He do have a place for great comedy in the sequal to GM though. Wednesday is the most dysfunctional of them all and she is probably the sclosest to how I feel when I try to draw any more. She has a hard time coping with change and handles it with dillusion and awkwardness. She does play a part in another comic after GM where she overcomes those issues. For those of you that will notice I have taken down the link for MM_Shift. I had the idea and then it left me. I don't feel that my skills are enough for my vision of it ans so I am taking that comic down until those issues are resolved. All of the commission slots are open for those who would like to have something unique and special drawn for them.
